Strygonia
I founded Strygonia on my own and built its first product, BlackBox, end to end. BlackBox is a flight recorder for circuit boards: clip it onto a breadboard, Raspberry Pi, or custom PCB, leave it running, and when the board crashes, rewind the last few seconds of voltage, current, serial output, resets, and GPIO on one shared clock. It works with STM32, ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi boards.
I did every layer myself. I designed the 105-part circuit board in KiCad around a 400 MHz STM32H743. I wrote the firmware in C (STM32 HAL, TinyUSB, FatFs), now at version 1.0. And I built the BlackBox Desktop App in Electron and React, now on version 5 for Mac, Windows, and Linux, with a live device view and a timeline you can scrub.
I also built strygonia.com, where BlackBox is on sale for $199 with a $25 two-piece case, through a Stripe checkout I set up.
